Merluzzo con pomodorini capperi e olive

Questa è una ricetta molto buona e molto facile da cucinare. Oltre che superveloce è  superlight….. dopo che l’avrai provata la rifarai ..

Difficoltà: molto facile

Tempi: 20 minuti

Ingredienti per 1 persona:

  • 2 filetti di merluzzo 120 gr. circa (ho usato quelli congelati)

  • 1/2 cipolla tritata

  • 5 -6 pomodorini

  • 5- 6 capperi

  • 2 filettini acciuga sottosale (facoltativo)

  • 4 olive denocciolate

  • 1 pizzico di origano

  • 1 cucchiaino olio e.v.o. ,sale q.b.

 

 Se usi il pesce congelato mettilo un paio di minuti a scongelare nel microonde, nel frattempo taglia in due i pomodorini, trita grossolanamente i capperi e affetta le olive. Quando è scongelato taglia il pesce a cubettoni.

Metti al centro della padella la cipolla tritata insieme al cucchiaino di olio e fai rosalare

aggiungi i pomodorini, sala leggermente, e fai appassire un pò

aggiungi i capperi, le acciughe e le rondelle di olive,

aggiusta di sale, un pizzico di pepe e di origano. Lascia insaporire il tutto per un paio di minuti

  aggiungi i cubetti di pesce e mescola il tutto

lascia cuocere 6-7 minuti girando un paio di volte e aggiustando di sale.

Impiatta, spolgera con un pizzico di origano e servi caldo.

    But, think on this, what if you were to write a killer post title?
    I mean, I don’t wish to tell you how to run your blog,
    but what if you added a title that grabbed folk’s attention?

    You could peek at Yahoo’s front page and watch how
    they write news titles to grab viewers to open the links.
